Exhibition Sales Executive 展览会营业主任
- Overall Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales target set by management
* Execute sales function and provide customer service to responsible clients
* Implementing systems and ensure a smooth internal communication with team members
- Requirements:
* University graduate
* At least 2 years in sales and / or customer services
* Good communication skills
* Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
* Be prepared to devote substantial energy to the development of the show at this exciting stage in growth of China exhibition industry
* Aggressive, hardworking and willing to work under pressure
* Mature and pleasant personality

Exhibition Sales Administrative Assistant 展览会销售行政助理
- Overall Responsibilities:
* Support sales team in different areas
* Co-ordination with other party to meet sales plan
* Implement necessary sales administrative activities and customer service
* Assists sales teams in daily operational matter
- Requirements:
* University graduate
* At least 2 years experience in customer service, event marketing
* Excellent command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
* Proficient in Excel and Access with PC knowledge
* Ability to work under pressure, pleasant, patient, detail-minded, logical, independent, hard-working with matured attitude
勤工助学 – 展览会服务助理(兼职)
工作地点: 广州市区,地铁上盖甲级写字楼,广州流花路中国大酒店商业大厦1159-64室
工作时间:周一至周五,每天工作8小时,每周至少工作3天以上,并能持续两个月以上;
主要工作:
1、 通过电话邀请专业观众参观展会;获取观众信息,并对信息进行记录、核实、处理和跟进; 及时汇总同观众沟通中存在的问题, 并向主管汇报。
2、 对数据录入处理
3、 处理公司委派的其他工作。
职位要求:
1. 能使用普通话或粤语进行交流;
2. 会使用计算机;
3. 良好的口头表达能力及倾听、理解能力,具备一定的电话沟通技巧;
4. 高度的工作热情和耐心、责任感和认真负责的工作态度及良好的团队合作意识;
5. 懂英文优先。
